Terms of service
Aeromon provides access to a privately operated Minecraft server. Access requires a genuine paid copy of Minecraft Java Edition and the published server modpack. Players must follow the rules shown on the main site and any reasonable moderation instructions.
Cosmetic entitlements do not grant ownership of server software, game assets, accounts, or intellectual property. Entitlements may be suspended when an account is banned for material rule violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, or security threats. Purchased products may not be resold or exchanged for real-world value.
We may update, rebalance, replace, or discontinue server features to maintain security, compatibility, and fair play. We will not convert paid cosmetics into competitive advantages.
Privacy notice
The game server necessarily processes Minecraft usernames, UUIDs, IP addresses, gameplay records, chat and command logs, moderation records, and technical connection data. These records are used to operate the service, prevent abuse, restore backups, and troubleshoot failures.
The public website is designed without advertising trackers. Tebex processes identity, billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, and purchase-history data under its own privacy terms. Aeromon does not receive full payment-card details.
Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for server operation, security, moderation, backups, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Players may request access to or deletion of eligible records by contacting Aeromon staff through the official Aeromon Discord; identity verification may be required.
Purchases and refunds
All products, prices, durations, and included cosmetics are shown before purchase. Customers receive an online purchase history through Tebex.
Refunds, cancellations, taxes, and chargebacks are processed under Tebex’s terms and applicable consumer law. This policy does not waive any statutory rights. Contact Aeromon staff through the official Aeromon Discord for purchase support.
