Terms of service
Aeromon provides access to a privately operated Minecraft server. Access requires a genuine paid copy of Minecraft Java Edition and the published server modpack. Players must follow the rules shown on the main site and any reasonable moderation instructions.
Cosmetic entitlements do not grant ownership of server software, game assets, accounts, or intellectual property. Entitlements may be suspended when an account is banned for material rule violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, or security threats. Purchased products may not be resold or exchanged for real-world value.
We may update, rebalance, replace, or discontinue server features to maintain security, compatibility, and fair play. We will not convert paid cosmetics into competitive advantages.
Privacy notice
The game server necessarily processes Minecraft usernames, UUIDs, IP addresses, gameplay records, chat and command logs, moderation records, and technical connection data. These records are used to operate the service, prevent abuse, restore backups, and troubleshoot failures.
The public website is designed without advertising trackers. When checkout opens, the payment provider will process identity, billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, and purchase-history data under its own privacy terms. Aeromon will not receive full payment-card details.
Retention periods, operator contact information, and a method for access/deletion requests must be published before checkout is enabled.
Purchases and refunds
All products, prices, durations, and included cosmetics will be shown before purchase. Customers will receive an online purchase history through the selected checkout provider.
Refunds, cancellations, taxes, and chargebacks will be processed under the checkout provider’s terms and applicable consumer law. This policy does not waive any statutory rights. A working support contact and response target must be added before sales begin.
